The StarMovers At Home videos are for children in good physical condition & able to participate in dance & exercise.Â
You should understand that when participating in any exercise or dance program, there is the possibility of physical injury. If you, & others in your care, engage in these online videos you agree that you all do so at your own risk, are voluntarily participating in these activities, assume all risk of injury to yourself & others participating & agree to release & discharge StarMovers Dance Academy from any & all claims or causes of action, known or unknown, arising out of StarMovers’ negligence.
As with all dance & exercise programs, when using video clips, you need to please use common sense.
All children should be fully supervised by an adult whilst learning & participating.
We strongly recommend that you risk access the environment that you will be performing these exercises in & make sure they are clear of hazards.
